I saw that someone had said that they were proud to not be around any men that commit sexual assault. I was confused. One in three women are sexually assaulted at least once in their life. Does this person think in an Oswaldian rotten apple mirage that there’s just a handful of bad ones out their serial raping every single girl and woman?
This Oswaldian americano double speak/think is in-bedded in most white folks. ‘Oh it’s just a couple bad people out there doing all the harm in the world”. Is 78 million people, just a “couple”?
We’re living in a fascist police state already and here we are still doing the same shit. We still have to pay our rent. Our bills. Go to school. Go to work. Omg but people are raising their voices in town halls oh my goodddddd. And Rallies guys, rallies!
As someone whose helped organize over 40 protests and rallies, and participated in almost 400 of them….Jon Oliver cool.
Again, only two protests in american herstory led to direct action. Both, here in Seattle. 1919 General Strike. 1999 Battle in Seattle.
That’s it. A handful here and there throughout the years have made SOME impact, but yeah.
Protests and rallies are one of the many tools needed for civil rights and revolution. But if you’re not making change through voting and legislation, it’s all just for nada.
Bernie and AOC are drawing insane crowds in disgusting places. I&I was a delegate for Bernie in 2016. He had crazy rallies in 16 and 20. Cool. Lost both primaries. Cool.
Voter intimidation is heavy in these white trash states. But these Nazi voter laws are put into place by elected officials that these honkies vote for every single year. They vote to have voter intimidation, and then get upset when there’s voter intimidation. lol.
THE BALLOT OR THE BULLET
Okay, so if they’re not going to vote for civil rights, will they put the revolution in the streets?
Well, even though red states hoard guns like I hoard vegan cupcakes after three jays, they ain’t ‘bout that action boss. Every year they vote, every day they do, for things that hurt them, their family and their neighbors. Again and again.
But to them, speaking loudly at a town hall or going to a rally is something they’d think they would never even try. This is part of why we are here in the first place. Bernie and AOC aren’t coming here, to say thank you to Seattle for always holding it down for the entire world. They go to states that hate them, courting them for love and attention. Sounds like an unhealthy relationship to me. Will we get tired of the lack of love? Will we lash out for attention?
There’s something coming that’s only been covered twice that I’ve seen.
MARTIAL LAW
Kyle has over a million subs(shout out to the 20-100 people that read my pieces lol), and he covered it from another journalist cat. So, two. I feel like I have to at least put it out there. Three’s the best number anyway, am I right?
Trump has already declared that he’s going to put Cubans in death camps on 4/20. It’s crazy that the best holiday ever just so happens to be Hitlers birthday. Fascists love 4/20 for different reasons obviously.
With major protests planned across the nation on April 5th, will he use that as a reason to insert his much craved Martial Law? He almost did it during the George Floyd protests(RIP). And he wasn’t even in the spotlight for that. He’s gonna be itchin’ if it’s a protest against him or Elon. Kyle breaks down the leaked documents for Trumps blueprint to put US Troops on the streets of America. Best believe it will be aimed at places like my city(Seattle). Chicago. SF. Honolulu. The places that can’t stand him the most will be under the heaviest siege.
And as we roll up ghost vapor to bombs shattering over our heads, the lighters we use to torch our blunts will also be lit for the molotov cocktail’s. The dope places will be ready to fight back. But what about the trash-villes? They vote to take away their kids IEP’s and food, why the fuck would they stand up and fight for us? They vote to let their raped teenage daughters die on hospital bathroom floors, impregnated from their uncles…Why in the flying fuck would they participate in the revolution? Let alone mid-terms? lol.
A lot of friends and family disagree with me, saying to stay positive. There’s a difference between staying positive and being delusional. They’re(red staters) losing their jobs, homes, and livelihoods. But it’s okay, they’re fighting back by cheering loudly in a crowd. Cool. And it’s like one or two of them at the town halls lol. But I guess people have to start somewhere? IDK…
Don’t get it twisted, I will participate in every protest possible, but it’s just a tool in the box God. We need to use every tool we have. They’re attacking everything, so we must use everything. By any means ness.
To anyone reading this in a crackerbarn-molestation-loving anti-book state:
You won’t vote for my rights, how the fuck am I supposed to assume you’ll fight for them?
